Holiday house “Allgäu” is a solid log-cabin construction, sleeps 7+1 people and has a living space of 45 m2. This cosy chalet with high-quality fittings and WLAN will provide you with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Holiday house “Allgäu” is set in a quiet location, surrounded by trees and greenery. It looks onto the lake, which is approx. 40 metres away. The dining area and living area with satellite TV, bathroom (with toilet, shower and hair dryer) and separate bedroom with a double bed are on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two sleeping lofts with 5 single beds. Holiday house “Allgäu” has a kitchenette with a mini oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery. A child’s high chair and cot are available on request and there is patio furniture for the covered terrace.

General terms and conditions

The holiday house Allgäu (45 m²) has 7+1 beds (bedroom with double bed, 5 single beds in the sleeping loft), kitchenette with mini-oven, coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery, refrigerator, TV, WLAN and hairdryer as well as terrace furniture, on request high chair / cot.
Important information:
Please bring bed linen (covers and sheets) and towels. Maximum occupancy: 7+1 persons. It is not possible to book more than the stated number of persons. Please register visitors and second vehicles.
Please note: Smoking is not allowed in the holiday home!
Deposit / Deposit / Service charges:
On arrival a deposit of 130,00 € has to be deposited at the reception (cash). For a firm reservation we ask for a deposit on the rental price of 150,00 € / week or according to agreement.
The guest can withdraw from the contract at any time by written explanation (email or fax). In the event of cancellation by the guest up to 30 days before the start of the rental period, the landlord is entitled to demand the down payment as compensation in the event that the rental property cannot be rented elsewhere within the booked period.
- Final cleaning fee 45,00 €
- The cottage has to be left swept clean
The following work has to be done by the guest:
Rinse dishes, dispose of rubbish, empty and clean the refrigerator. The deposit can be withheld in full or in part if not paid.
Extras for rent:

- Towel set: 1 shower towel, 1 towel € 4.00

Availability:
The holiday house is at your disposal from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 10:30 on the day of departure.
