The holiday apartment on our campsite in Isny in Allgäu was completed in 2016. It has 48 m2 living space and sleeps 2+1 people. With its modern, high-quality furnishings and location directly by the lake, it will fulfil all your wishes for a relaxing holiday or break.

The 2-room holiday apartment, on the ground floor and with a small balcony and a great view of the lake, is extremely comfortable. The modern kitchen, equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery, is modern and opens onto the dining and living areas. A child’s high chair and cot are available on request. The living area of the apartment is equipped with a satellite TV and there is a spacious shower in the bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed for a comfortable night’s sleep.

General terms and conditions

Benefits:

2 room holiday apartment (approx. 48 m²)) with 2+1 beds, small balcony in beautiful location directly at the lake, kitchenette with oven and dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery, fridge, TV, WLAN and hairdryer, on request high chair / cot.

Important information:

Please bring bed linen (covers and sheets) and towels. Maximum occupancy: 2+1 persons. It is not possible to book more than the stated number of persons. Please register visitors and second vehicles.

Please note: Smoking is not allowed in the apartment!

Deposit / Deposit / Service charges:

On arrival a deposit of 130,00 € has to be deposited at the reception (cash). For a firm reservation we ask for a deposit on the rental price of 150,00 € / week or according to agreement.

The guest can withdraw from the contract at any time by written explanation (email or fax). In the event of cancellation by the guest up to 30 days before the start of the rental period, the landlord is entitled to demand the down payment as compensation in the event that the rental property cannot be rented elsewhere within the booked period.

Final cleaning fee 39,00 €
The cottage has to be left swept clean

The following work has to be done by the guest:

Rinse dishes, dispose of rubbish, empty and clean the refrigerator. The deposit can be withheld in full or in part if not paid.

Please book when making your reservation. These prices are only charged once for the entire booking period.

Availability:

The holiday apartment is at your disposal from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 10:30 on the day of departure.
